Brocach (Gaelic for “badger den”) has been a fixture on the Capitol Square in Madison since September of 2004. The original design was that of an old traditional Irish pub and in 2016 the space was renovated for a more contemporary and urban vibe. Our hope is that the experience always has been and remains the same – warm, welcoming, approachable, with great draft beer and cocktails and surprisingly wonderful food. The menu is designed to feature traditional pub classics with influences from the “homelands” of the owners – Ireland, Wisconsin, and New England.
